Sarah and Gary have been in the catering business for 35 years combined and have 10 years experience in event and hire management. Specialising in bespoke cooking techniques, the bbqs, roasters and smoker are all handmade by Gary. We cook over wood which delivers a unique taste as well as a great focal point for your guests. We at Trolleydollies try to source our produce as local as possible and make much of the extensive menu ourselves. Trolleydollies have an experienced team who are passionate about great food. We can provide anything from canapes, wedding cakes, formal dinners to our handmade chocolate truffles and our famous 2ft cheese boards.

Hog Roasters
A whole pig cooked over wood, for at least 12hrs, by traditional country men. This is an excellent talking point & photo opportunity. This is truly a rare 'must see & must taste' experience.
Spit Roasters
Rolled meats and whole chickens are cooked slowly over wood to produce tender roast meats.
Bbqs
Again meat and veg cooked over wood or local charcoal
10ft Smoker
Looking for something different? This impressive smoker cooks beef to perfection, coupled with Sarahs top secret spice rub this is a must for any party.
